How to recover your password:
If you are unable to log in to the BEES App and need to reset your password, you can do so from the login screen.
- Login to the App
- In the Login option, click on Forgot your password?'
- Enter your cell phone number or the email address you used to register.
- Add the code you will receive via text message or email.
- Finally, choose a new password and that's it!
Your password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least two types of characters (uppercase or lowercase, letters, numbers or symbols).
How to change your password:
If you can login but only want to change your password, open the Bees APP and follow the step below and select Update in the Password Section.
