If your business on BEES is a Tavern or Counter Serve establishment, but you’re unable to access the Rewards section of the app in order to join the program, or if you’ve already enrolled and are having trouble accessing it after enrollment, you should reach out to your BDR to verify you’re eligible (go here to find out who your BDR is). If the BDR has verified that you’re eligible to join and you’re still not seeing Rewards in your app, then we recommend that you download the latest version of the BEES app.
