If you have empty containers you’d like to get picked up, you can indicate this when you’re getting ready to check out.
When you add items to your Truck, there is an option for you to indicate that you have empties ready for pickup.
You can edit the number of empties to indicate how many you have as below:
This will let our delivery representative know that you have items to return, and make sure they have the space available in the truck.
Tips for the containers
Below are some tips to protect our containers and ensure it can be reused, if applicable:
Glass bottles:
- DO NOT store bottles outdoors.
- DO NOT allow them to receive blows, as they are fragile, could break and therefore not reusable.
- DO NOT use to store chemicals, oils, paints, etc.
Cans:
- DO NOT allow knocks, a damaged can cause damage to the entire package due to corrosion.
- SEPARATE broken and/or leaking containers.
- DO NOT freeze.
PET Containers (Plastics).
PET containers with those plastic containers used to package our malts and soft drinks, usually transparent, which are recyclable and safe.
- DO NOT allow blows, although the packaging does not break, they should not be mistreated, blows could cause leaks, contaminating the product and causing consumer complaints.
- SEPARATE broken and/or leaking containers.
- DO NOT freeze.
Beer Barrels.
- DO NOT roll, use wheelbarrows to transport them.
- DO NOT throw
- DO NOT store in the sun and rotate correctly.
- DO NOT use if you notice leaks in the nozzle, contact the Brewery to change it.
- Preferably consume within a maximum of 5 days, after it has been connected to the dispensing equipment.
