Here are the steps for opening a request on BEES.
It's easy to do, and you'll be able to check your requests anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
If you can’t find an answer to your question in this help center, our BEES customer support team is happy to help.
From the main menu of the BEES app, follow these steps:
Select your question type, details and include any comments as needed, then click Continue.
The screen will ask you to verify your ticket details. Once you have verified that everything looks correct, simply click Submit and you are ready to go.
One of our BEES support agents will contact you as soon as possible.
Checking the status of your ticket
Once you’ve sent your ticket through the app, you’ll be able to check the status whenever you want under Request History.
The possible statuses are:
- Processing – Your request was sent over to us, and is being created in the system we use to answer our customers’ questions.
- Open – Your request is already with our support team, and will be answered as soon as possible.
- New Message – Our BEES Support team sent you a new message. You can view it by clicking into the ticket.
- Action required – Our support agent needs some additional information from you in order to be able to move forward in resolving your request.
- Closed – Your request was already solved by the BEES support team.
- Error Sending - We were unable to create the ticket you submitted in our support system. You should contact us through another channel.
