The order process
On the main screen of the app, you’ll find a section called “Suggested Order,” which suggests products to you based on orders you’ve placed in the past. You have several options here:
- You can add a suggested product by selecting the quantity and clicking “Add”
- You can click “Add all" to quickly add all the suggested products (you’ll still be able to edit the quantity before you pay).
- You can click “See all” underneath the suggested products to see additional products in the inventory
Once you’ve selected the products you want to order, click on “My truck” at the top right-hand side of the app. In My Truck, you can view your selected products and make any changes in quantity before completing the order. You’ll also see your subtotal, any added tax, your total, and how much value (if any) you need to add to reach the delivery minimum.
To finalize your order, you’ll need select your method of payment. You’ll also need to confirm your delivery date.
Once you’ve selected your date, just click on “Confirm order” at the bottom of the screen, and you’re done!
Note: Please ensure that your order was placed (status In Progress), and a normal delivery date was selected.
