To find the status of an order you placed, select “My Account” from the main menu, then click on “Orders.”
Each order you’ve placed will be listed there, with the most recent at the top. Next to the order, you’ll be able to see its status:
- Pending: This means we’ve received the order, but it isn’t confirmed yet.
- In Progress/Confirmed: This means your order is confirmed.
- In-transit: This means your order is on its way to you.
- Delivered: This means your order was delivered.
- Cancelled: This means your order was cancelled by you.
- Delivery refused: This means that a SKU you selected no longer exists.
Need to change something about your order? Not to worry. Before your order is finalized for delivery, you can still cancel the original order, then make your changes and re-submit the order. To find out more about how to cancel an order, click here.
