Need to change something about your order? Not to worry. While orders cannot be amended once they’ve been placed through the BEES app, an easy option is to cancel the original order, then make your changes and re-submit the order. This will create a new order, with a new order number. The original order will show up as Cancelled in your orders list.
Canceling the order
To cancel the order, navigate to “My Account” in the main menu, then select “Orders” and click on the order you would like to cancel. As long as your order status still says “In Progress” you’ll be able to cancel it.
Click on “Cancel order” and then select your reason for canceling the order. You’ll be able to select from the following reasons:
- I need to change my payment method.
- I need to change the delivery date.
- I need to add or remove products from this order.
- I didn’t need this order anymore.
- Other reason (please specify).
Once you submit the cancellation request, it will be sent to us, and your order status will change from “Placed” to “Pending cancellation." When the request has been approved, you’ll see the order status change to “Canceled.”
Recreating the canceled order to make changes
If you’d like to recreate the order so you can edit or add products to it, go to your orders in My Account, then find the order you just canceled and click into it. Then just click the button that says “Add all” to re-add all the products from your previous order to your truck.
